The BVT representation, consisting of Kathrin Castiglione, Stefanie Brückner, Lea Erbacher and Daniela Wegner, presented several posters and pitches highlighting current research activities in recombinant protein production, strain engineering and molecular communication. In addition, Kathrin Castiglione contributed as a member of the organizing committee and session chair.
Beyond the exciting scientific exchange and networking with researchers from academia and industry, another highlight of the conference was the insightful tour through the world’s deepest sparkling wine cellar, as well as exclusive insights into the Eulchen brewery during the conference dinner.
